Creamy Grapes Salad

A sweet, sour and creamy combination of grapes, cream cheese and sour cream topped with brown sugar and walnuts.

- 500 grams green grapes
- 500 grams black grapes
- ¾ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
for the topping
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans / walnuts
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sour cream. Beat it until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add both the grapes and toss to coat with the cream cheese mixture.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until served.
Top the salad with brown sugar and chopped pecans or walnuts and serve chilled.
- You can use even red grapes for the salad.
- You can also cut the grapes in half and the make the salad.
- Be sure to choose seedless grapes to make the salad.
- Do not freeze the salad.
- You can top the salad with pecans or even walnuts.
- Serve the salad chilled.
- For a lighter version, replace sour cream with Greek yogurt and cream cheese with light cream cheese.
