Watermelon yogurt popsicles

Made with just a few ingredients, these popsicles are creamy, healthy and refreshing for these summers.

- 600 grams diced watermelon
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
Deseed all the diced watermelons
Add the watermelon, sugar, lemon juice and Greek yogurt into a blender.
Blend and pour into popsicle moulds. Freeze overnight or until solid.
Enjoy popsicles colds and out of the mould.
- You can use any other fruit pulp instead of watermelon.
- If you cannot find Greek yogurt, you can replace it with hung curd.
- Make sure the yogurt is not sour.
- If there are any watermelon seeds i the blended mixture, then strain it before adding to the moulds.
